About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to all games published by iGold Technologies Private Limited (“iGold”, “we”, “us”, “our”) on Google Play, the Apple App Store and Samsung Galaxy Store, including those listed under Games covered. By installing or playing one of our games, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Some games have additional terms, listed under Extra terms for some games. For those games, the additional terms apply as well as these.

Our games are intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, please get a parent’s or guardian’s permission before playing or making purchases.

Playing fair

You may play our games for personal, non-commercial use. To keep our games fair and fun for everyone, please do not:

We may reset progress or block access for players who break these rules.

Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases and virtual items

Some of our games offer optional in-app purchases. Coins, gems, keys, lives and other virtual items give you a limited, personal licence to use them in that game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, transferred or moved to another game.

Payments are processed by Google Play, the Apple App Store or Samsung Galaxy Store under their own terms. We never receive your card or bank details.

Refunds

  • Email us within 7 days of purchase at support@igoldtech.com with your order ID (on Google Play it starts with “GPA.”), the purchase date, the name of the game, the item you bought and the reason.
  • We refund purchases that were not delivered, were charged by mistake, or could not be used because of a problem on our side. Other requests are reviewed case by case.
  • Google Play purchases can also be refunded directly by Google Play within 48 hours of purchase.
  • App Store purchases can only be refunded by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • This does not limit any refund rights you have under the law of your country.

About our games

Ads

Our games are free to play and show ads from third-party ad networks, which are responsible for the content of their ads. How information is used for ads, and how you can control ad personalisation, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Your game progress

In most of our games, your progress is saved on your device. On Android, if device backup is turned on, your progress may be restored when you reinstall the game or move to a new device using the same Google account. Some games can also save progress with Google Play Games. On iPhone and iPad, progress is kept through your device’s iCloud or computer backup.

We cannot guarantee backups provided by Google or Apple, and progress may be lost if backup is turned off or unavailable. Games with an online player profile save your progress on our servers, as described in Extra terms for some games.

Updates to our games

We may update our games, change, add or remove features, levels or content, or stop offering a game.

Ownership

Our games, including their characters, artwork, music and other content, belong to iGold Technologies Private Limited and are protected by law.

Liability

Our games are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the game concerned in the 6 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country.

Extra terms for some games

Terra Fury

In addition to the terms above, the following applies to Terra Fury.

Online play and your player profile

Terra Fury can be played online or offline. When you play online, the game uses an online player profile on our servers that holds only the game information needed for online play, such as your progress. It does not include your name, email address or other contact details. What the profile contains is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Online features may occasionally be unavailable, for example during server maintenance. You can ask us to delete your profile as described in Deleting your data. Deleted progress cannot be restored.

Player names and chat

Your player name is visible to other players. It can be your real name or a nickname, and we recommend a nickname. We never take names from your email address or Google account.

In player names and in-game chat, please be respectful. Do not post:

  • abusive, threatening or hateful messages;
  • sexual or violent content;
  • spam or advertising; or
  • personal information about yourself or others, such as phone numbers or addresses.

If you see a player breaking these rules, please email support@igoldtech.com with the player’s name and what happened. We review reports and take reasonable steps where needed.

In-game purchases

Items bought in Terra Fury are consumable: they are used up when you spend them in the game. If a purchase is refunded, the items from that purchase are removed from your game.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last revised. If you continue to play after an update, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
